Foot Levelers Custom Orthotics

Your feet are the foundation of your entire frame. Foot Levelers custom orthotics are individually crafted from a 3D scan of YOUR feet — supporting all three arches to stabilize everything built on top of them: knees, hips, pelvis, and spine.

Why the Feet

Foot Problems Rarely Stay in the Feet

Each of your feet has three arches that together form your plantar vault — the structure that absorbs shock and balances your body with every step. When even one arch drops (and it happens gradually, often painlessly), the effects travel upward: ankles roll inward, knees rotate, the pelvis tilts, and the spine compensates. That's why flat or imbalanced arches so often show up as knee pain, hip pain, or chronic low back pain rather than foot pain.

Over-the-counter insoles support, at best, one arch — and they're built for an "average" foot that isn't yours.

The Evidence

Orthotics With Research Behind Them

In a randomized controlled trial of 225 adults with chronic low back pain published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (2017), patients who wore Foot Levelers custom orthotics for six weeks had statistically significant improvements in pain and function compared to those who received no care — and adding chiropractic care improved function even further. That combination — custom orthotics plus chiropractic — is exactly what we deliver here.
